Document the explicit
Certain things in your organization are stable – they don’t change. Documenting this in your wiki or LMS makes sense.
Tribal Knowledge is different
It requires context to understand. It is often ever-changing since the underlying thing it’s explaining is in flux. Think about all those internal tools, and systems, and best practices. They evolve constantly.
