Enterprise Software Account Executive Wanted

We’re seeking a proven enterprise software salesperson to join our team. Ideally, you have had success selling six-digit deals to L&D leads at growth companies.

PlusPlus is the next-generation Talent Development Platform. We bring the magic of Peer Learning and Mentoring to growth companies. Our customers include Airbnb, Netflix, Shopify, Salesforce, and WeWork.

Who We Are

PlusPlus is a modern shared knowledge platform that surfaces what team members need to be effective, stay in sync, and grow. To deliver on this, we started with powering bootcamps, classes, tech talks, and mentorship programming for leading companies such as Airbnb, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Salesforce. The results: higher engagement, deeper cultural immersion, and quicker onboarding. 

We are looking for a talented designer who will be responsible for delivering a wide range of product and marketing initiatives, including our brand, website, sales collateral, product features, and research. 

Who You Are

You’re a relentlessly resourceful, curious, and talented sales person with a mix of B2B/Enterprise SaaS and B2C experience. As one of our lead sales people at PlusPlus, you’re comfortable teaching us, being proactive, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

History of top performance or remarkable achievement.

The ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

You get what you put in. Proactively pursuing mission with a high degree of energy and daily activity.

Enterprise Software

Selling a $100k deal is very different than selling a $10k deal. A prior experience navigating a complex sale is a plus.

Learning & Development space

The role of L&D is changing, especially for technical teams. Have an opinion on what the future of work could be. Your ability to paint a vivid picture of this future will help your customers see what you see.
