We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join PlusPlus. As one of our first marketing hires, you will get to create and own an important part of our Go-to-Market story. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams in shaping our playbooks.

Responsibility

Your ultimate goal is to generate demos. Breaking that down, you’ll likely own the following:

  • Plan: Envision lead funnel to win the permission to engage them with Sales.
  • Execution: Run growth marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Reporting: Analyze data to understand ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track campaign success.
  • Operations: Implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations.

  • PlusPlus.co website: to help with conversion of visitors to generate leads
  • Nurture and IDEAS newsletters: to engage those who already know us
  • IDEAS and other thought leadership content: to help you drive traffic to the site
  • Media budget: to amplify what works organically
  • Email lists: to reach out to those who don’t know us yet (Apollo)
  • Marketing automation: HubSpot, Apollo, WordPress, to help you be effective
 

Competencies

You’re like a scientist figuring out the best go-to-market approach. To do that, you’ll want to set up and run experiments and learn what works.

  • Proven track record: years of growth experience where you have owned and grew a leads metric.
  • Stage-appropriate: you’ve worked successfully at a Series A-C company or similar where you had to be resourceful.
  • Channel experience: you’ve got experience with various channels such as newsletters, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn/Twitter, content marketing, thought leadership, etc.
  • Enterprise SaaS: you understand SaaS business model, particularly mid-market and enterprise sales.
  • Create: you can write and generate simple media and content to support your experiments (or work with freelancers).
  • Creative: you can come up with novel approaches for go-to-market.
  • Community-focused: you’ve worked with communities that form around new categories. You know how to both nurture and engage them.
