What’s The Role

We’re looking for a talented and proven Growth Marketing Manager. As one our first marketing hires, you’re comfortable teaching us, being proactive, and working in a results-driven culture. You’ll be close partners with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams in shaping our playbooks.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead paid social advertising, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, and more
  • Drive high-quality event webinar and demo sign-ups
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Design, and Product teams to scale our digital marketing efforts and optimize our MQL funnel
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance and continue building best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities
  • Understand and improve PlusPlus’s funnel and unlock additional opportunities to scale
  • Own ways to improve attribution, forecast and report on ROI, and communicate results to leadership
  • Help build a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and creativity


What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of growth experience, with a proven track record
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and funnels, particularly mid-market and enterprise sales
  • Proven ability to manage ad spend budgets
  • Experience leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Organic, Email, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of the effective marketing tools, systems, and tactics
  • A strong bias to action, knowing how to balance experimentation and real results
  • An creator’s mindset – you can progress through ambiguity and find resourceful solutions
