Our customers include Netflix, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Shopify, to name a few. They report higher engagement, deeper cultural immersion, and quicker onboarding.
Who You Are
You’ve held a Product Marketing position at a B2B/Enterprise SaaS company, where you’ve directly influenced and executed on the marketing strategy. You took a novel product and positioned it clearly in the marketplace to help it become a category leader.
You’re comfortable working in a startup environment. You can manage your own initiatives and you aspire to take on more responsibilities. This may include building and managing a team of people as you first figure out the playbook yourself.
You are passionate about the Learning & Development space, bettering yourself and others. The future of work is top-of-mind for you.
What You Own
As a Product Marketing Manager, you own how our platform is perceived in the marketplace – from crafting the messaging and iterating on the positioning, to making the product easier to buy. Your initial focus is on the PlusPlus Home and Product pages.
You work closely with the leadership team to help communicate our point of view to the market. As a Product Marketing Manager, you are exploring the space between what is the current status quo in L&D and what the future of work can be.
We expect you to roll up your sleeves and experiment with product marketing ideas. You do this systematically, with data, optimizing for continuous learning. You may rely on creative and other agencies to get the job done while you’re orchestrating and honing in on this experimentation machine.
Your success will drive a higher number of L&D leaders to engage with us and explore how they may win with our offerings.
