We’re looking for an enterprise software sales development rep to join our team. In a nutshell, you’ll be selling fairly complex software to some of the sharpest Learning & Development and Engineering Managers at the fastest growing tech companies.
This position lays the foundation for a successful software business career for those who are humble, hungry, and smart to be successful.
Your job #1 is to learn the ropes and win as an SDR. After that, you get replace yourself and choose your next adventure, either as an Account Executive or a Sales Leader. All along, you will have the full support of the whole team.

Skills that are a bonus
While we hire for character and train for skills, here are a few things that might be helpful to hit the ground running:
Selling a $100k deal is very different than selling a $10k deal. A prior experience navigating a complex sale is a plus.
Finding the right prospect is a data challenge. Getting it right requires skills in using modern sales tools and analyzing the results.
