Before enabling Google Calendar rooms integration you will need to whitelist the PlusPlus application. This is done via the Google Admin interface so it’s possible you will need help from your ops team. Here is the step by step guide:

  1. Visit:
  2. Click Security
  3. Go to API Permissions
  4. Scroll down, look for the Trusted Apps link
  5. In the bottom right corner, click the + sign
  6. In the Select App Type dropdown, select Web Application
  7. In the “OAuth2 Client ID” copy/paste the following:
  8. Click Add
