Building L&D at Tesla, GoDaddy, and Lifestance

Madison Artist is a seasoned Learning & Development leader who has built impactful programs at some of the world’s most recognizable companies—including Apple, Tesla, GoDaddy, and now LifeStance Health. Her L&D journey began on the frontlines of the Apple Store, where she discovered a passion for teaching and facilitation. That spark evolved into a career focused on creating high-impact learning experiences that blend human connection with measurable results. At Tesla, Madison personally onboarded over 10,000 employees, shaping the early employee experience during a period of hypergrowth. At GoDaddy, she pioneered a cohort-based leadership development program that scaled company-wide and was booked 18 months out due to overwhelming demand. Now at LifeStance, she’s building the L&D function from the ground up—applying everything she’s learned to shape a people-first culture through learning. Madison holds a Master’s in Organizational Psychology and brings a deeply human-centered, data-informed approach to everything she builds. She’s passionate about leadership development, onboarding, and proving the value of L&D through both storytelling and metrics.
