With a background spanning English language teaching, international education, and corporate learning design, Pola has built a career at the intersection of communication, strategy, and scalable learning systems.

She is known for transforming complex technical knowledge into accessible learning experiences—whether designing engineering onboarding at Spotify, developing customer and partner training at inriver, or enabling SMEs to become confident educators. Pola brings a strategic, human-centered approach to L&D, blending needs analysis, backwards design, and emerging AI tools to create programs that drive real business impact.

Before joining inriver, Pola worked across global tech and higher education, including pivotal roles at EF and Spotify. Her experience spans in-person and virtual learning, global program management, and building collaborative learning cultures at scale.
