About the speaker

Melissa Daimler is the founder and CEO of Daimler Partners, where she advises CEOs, founders, and senior leaders navigating critical organizational inflection points. With over two decades of experience shaping culture, learning, and leadership at companies including Adobe, Twitter, WeWork, and Udemy, Melissa brings an integrated approach that connects individual leadership development with enterprise-wide change.

She is known for building high-impact L&D functions from the ground up, turning technical subject matter experts into people leaders, and designing systems that link culture directly to business strategy. At Adobe, she pioneered a learning and organizational development partner model. At Twitter, she created a cohort-based management development program that became a template across the tech industry. At Udemy, as Chief Learning Officer, she shaped both internal learning culture and the company's approach to customer-facing education.

Melissa is the author of ReCulturing: Design Your Company Culture to Connect with Strategy and Purpose for Lasting Success (McGraw-Hill), which reframes culture as an operating system of behaviors, processes, and practices. She is also a Forbes columnist, guest lecturer at UC Berkeley, Wharton, and the London School of Economics, and a sought-after keynote speaker.

Throughout her career, Melissa has championed the idea that the best learning happens on the job, in context, and in community with others. She continues to work with organizations navigating AI adoption, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
