Ana is a Learning Designer and Facilitator at Airbnb, where she builds and delivers leadership development offerings for Airbnb employees. Prior to her current role, Ana oversaw Airbnb’s learning technology ecosystem. Ana is passionate about leadership development as a vehicle for the growth of organizations. She has an MA from the Stanford Graduate School of Education in Learning, Design and Technology, and a BA from Brown in Ethnic Studies.
