About the speaker
Ajshia Najafian is an L&D leader, people and strategy partner, growth coach, and culture architect. LinkedIn lists her as Sr. Manager, Learning & Development Programs at Ripple, based in London, where she has partnered with leaders across global teams on learning frameworks, behavior change, and belonging. She is known for designing learning systems and experiences that connect operational goals with human connection. At Ripple she helped build Welcome Week, LD Week, and a layered model of structured programs plus employee autonomy, always with feedback and trust as core design principles. Her work also spans ERG and culture programming, leader coaching, and change through transition and complexity.
Ajshia's path was non-traditional. She entered Ripple through People Ops after HR work in advertising (including OUTFRONT Media), then moved fully into L&D as the people function specialized. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from Arizona State University and brings more than a decade of people partnership experience across global teams.
