Curiosity AI and the next era of L&D

Tekeisha Zimmerman leads Learning & Development at Affirm and serves as a professor of HR Development at Texas A&M University, where she's preparing the next generation of L&D practitioners. She holds a PhD in learning and has spent over 20 years in the field, starting as a quality assurance rep in a call center and moving through facilitation, instructional design, and director roles. She's the creator of the VERSE framework, a facilitation methodology built on hip hop pedagogy, and is publishing a book with ATD that will be the first in their catalog to ship alongside a custom AI coaching agent.
