What is LaunchPad?
LaunchPad program is a full-service setup and launch of your technical university.
We become an extension of your team for a period of a few months to help you get going. We use our Tech Enablement methodology, paired with an Advisor and armed with a set of templates. The University is then operationalized on PlusPlus platform.
We have worked with tech leaders at innovative organizations of various shapes and sizes, ranging from 50 to over 20,000 employees. In the process, we’ve picked up on what it takes to ramp up new engineers quickly, share deep technical knowledge effortlessly, and build a strong and resilient eng cult
