The best way is to contact us via the Slack channel we have set up with your organization. If you’re not sure what it is or need help setting it up, please email support@plusplus.co.

None of the above options worked? Email us at support@plusplus.co. We’ll respond within 24 hours.

Reporting a bug

Bugs happen. Thank you for taking the time to report it. In order to fix it, we need to know what happened. Send us the URL you were on and ideally a screenshot of the incorrect behavior. Also, what was your expected behavior of the app?

Please email us via support@plusplus.co. This automatically goes into our bug tracking system and we’ll get on it.
