In the 34+ years that Chris has been at Microsoft, he has seen and has been a part of many changes and progress within the organization. His journey began as an engineer, who found his passion for engineering excellence early on, but the concept was still new.
Chris shared how he used data to work with Microsoft leaders to convince them why engineering excellence is key in scaling innovation, and how he helped the organization rely on learning as a way to shape the strong team culture that exists today.
